We’re often hit with chocolate cravings but prefer to avoid empty carbs and blood sugar spikes. That’s why we’re always on the lookout for healthier alternatives. This time, we decided to try a cottage cheese-based chocolate mousse. We ran out of stevia and used agave instead. We do not recommend this substitute, make sure you use stevia. Admittedly, the consistency had us skeptical during the process, but in the end, it turned out to be a surprisingly enjoyable, guilt-free chocolate treat!
✔️1 cup of Cottage Cheese
✔️ 2-3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
✔️ 2-3 tablespoons Stevia
✔️ 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
✔️ Pinch of Salt
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
Transfer the mousse into serving dishes ad refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

The Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse is definitely worth a try, especially if traditional mousse feels a bit too indulgent. However, Gabby and Hannah are split on whether it truly satisfies a chocolate craving. While Gabby is all in on this one, Hannah believes there are better healthy chocolate desserts out there.
